I like the location but always they work with short crew only I see 2 young ladies working behind the counter and one other old lady just sits on the table and she is doing nothing she does not even look customers every one must wait for 2 young poor ladies to look after them. Old lady, she looks like keeps fooling around looks like she is so lazy. This lady needs to WORK OR LEFT THE JOB !! CIBC MANAGEMENT CAN HIRE THOSE WHO NEED TO WORK.
I complained way back to the branch manager their atms are filthy never cleaned!! once or twice a month I go to pay my credit card thank god thats all I need to go.. unbelievable!! All The money they re making i guess they cant afford a cleaner or the cleaners and the management clearly dont care!! Filthy and gross !! Management hope u take not of it and come correct like the BRAND you pretend you are!! I will Add photos next deposit i will DO most likley they ll be filthy as usual
Level of counter service is poor and deteriorating. On both occasions I visited over the last 2 weeks there were long waits for the teller only one apparently on duty on a busy Friday??. Feel really sorry for the teller -- she was professional and the reason for the 2 stars -- but I can't imagine people are very friendly once they've waited in line for a minimum of 20 minutes on their lunch break. I would have thought a company that earned $1.6 billion yes that's billion in Q2 2021 could ensure adequate staffing. Dismal. Oh - and no sanitization between customers at the counter. Bring your own disinfecting wipes, if that's a concern.
Please update your Saturday hours. Wasted my time thinking it was open.
Only go here to use the bank machine. The tellers are just lost.. out to lunch half the time. They don’t bother telling you if there’s a hold on anything and they’re quick to get you to leave without giving any information on holds and even a simple receipt for the accounts. My CERB cheque was put on hold by this branch. I wasn’t able to eat because someone didn’t do their job properly. Never going back here.
They call me. I call back. They dont answer, and dont return calls. Try to book an appointment to see them, and you get transferred to the message line. They run bankers hours as if they have missed the changes of the last 30 years. Not impressed.
If there was no star, this is what they deserved. I have been going to this branch for last 10 years, no problem unless last week where they have incompetent teller/account manager who has no clue what they are doing? After waiting for 40 minutes, I was seen Account Manager who has been with CIBC for 2 years, no better than teller. All together, waste of my one hour and unable to find out how to proceed with transaction. My advice is to go to another CIBC branch or switch your account to RBC for faster, accurate and professional service!!
Good branch with helpful staff, but the hours are not very convenient as the tellers are closed on weekends and they close every week day at 5, not convenient for people who happen to work 9 to 5.
The teller was extremely helpful and polite, even though I came in 15 minutes before close to move some funds. Guided me on the best method to avoid large service fees.
Mansi is so great and easy going , highly recommended for your banking needs!
