Super friendly staff, was able to easily make an appointment to set up my investment acccounts where other banks didn't even give me the time of day. My advisor was fantastic and was willing to listen to all my concerns and helped me set up everything the best way possible to accomplish my financial goals
Unfriendly atmosphere and staff. Only used this place a few times, to deposit into a 3rd party account. It's as if you should be ashamed if you're not their customer!
Was a victim of fraudulent activity on my account and was made feel like a hardened criminal.. staff very judgemental and unfriendly.. deposited a check at the teller..a check that I have been depositing there for over 12 year's but still put a 5 day hold on my account... wouldn't recommend this bank to my worst enemy..
