The Earlton Scotia Bank sucks, the people working there need to go back to training... They can't even do a prepaid Visa without screwing it up. And the branch manager tells us we are approved for a mortgage loan for 2 months even telling us she can do a advance so we can get the stuff to start our renovation, and then Bam all of a sudden it doesn't work anymore, I called this person every day for 2 months and not once did she tell us it wasn't going to work, so I call the president office and they take her word over ours, wow, so I called everyday, left messages everyday and the president office take her word over ours... Wow, so we transferred everything to New Liskeard. At this point they should just close the doors to Earlton Scotia Bank if they are not willing to get more training, extremely pethetic and disappointing.
