Worst bank ever!! So frustrating when you need to deposit an e-transfer and the online app hasn’t been working for hours. Pretty sad when you can’t even have access to your own money.
Removed the bank from haileybury to have one cashier working with a lineup out the door. Multiple bankers in their booths with the doors closed when knowing fullwell they can come help out.

This branch has been by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The staff at the tills did not know how to pay a bill nor did they know how to use proper customer service. The branches mortgage specialists lies about details on property taxes. They boast about being a discrimination free place yet they openly do so to their own Clients. End of the day choose any of the other local banks cause they are all the better options.
