I moved my banking to this one from King St because the staff very effecient ,knowledgable, helpful ,,and the actually let me take my own money out if I need it. The other a big fight hoops , questions as to why I want it ,??and an attiude to boot.. to get MY cash out..like to let them know it isnt their cash it is mine. Kudos Penetanguishene branch excellent "customer banking service"...as it should be. My family is moving to this branch as well.
