The worst customer service I've ever experience at a bank. I've been trying for over a month to get one simple issue resolved, 3 messages to the manager Devon and he won't call or email me back. I've even tried calling the call centre agents, who have also left messages for him. Still nothing back. I get better customer service from my online bank, and I can't even physically go there. Do yourselves a favour and pick any other bank. 1 star review is too high.
