Terrible branch, no one seem to understand what is call customer service while they are working in the service industry, and it seem people are just moving in/out for the last few years. I lost count and don't even know who is taking care of my personal account now, I got the name and called/emailed but no reply, it just silent dead. Too bad this review page don't have ZERO star, I was forced to select at least 1 star.

Customer service was terrible. Had to place a formal complain, and in the response they told me what she said and it was a complete lie. I just wanted to look into iTrade and they told me they had enough time to open an account but not enough time to answer questions (which was why I went). I hope all Scotiabank's aren't like this.
