Brilliant bank. Really friendly staff and lots of room to sit and sometimes coffee and cookies.

Online website says that this bank is in the Upper Canada Mall and it is not, so it is extremely frustrating when your trying to locate or contact this branch.

I am sad to say that I'm extremely disappointed in the bank that I have my mortgage, loans, credit cards, and even my personal business accounts with and have for the past 20 years. I recently opened a photography studio with 4 other partners and we went to Royal Bank to handle our business needs. From the start there was mistake after mistake. The first red flag we got was when we learned that the gentleman who helped us set up our accounts was visiting from the branch across town and made our home branch his home branch... Not yonge and Dawson as we wanted.. This then started a steamrolling of problems that required 7 visits back to the bank, a bounced first rent check (which may prevent future lease renewals), and eventually a frozen account... Without even informing us when it was frozen! When we asked for everything to get fixed correctly they wasted our time with irrelevant issues and eventually left us with such an uneasy feeling that we emptied our account until we can trust we won't be locked out of our money or worse! This is an over simplified report of everything that happened but needless to say these issues have caused us great stress already and I hope they can resolve everything and we can continue business with them. Our next action will be to completely close our account and seriously make me reconsider leaving all my other accounts with Royal. I'd suggest that everyone in this branch go for retraining and actually listen the the client so they can be diligent with their money

Opening a new business account a few months ago and have had nothing but problems. Seems to be this branch as I have other accounts with RBC and dealt with another branch and had no issues. Essentially everything that could go wrong has gone wrong when dealing with this branch. Each time my business partners and I go in there to speak to someone to fix the problems, we get someone different who seems to be confused about what to do. We've had to deal with 3 different account managers and each time they say it's fixed, it doesn't actually get resolved. I've had to request cheques multiple times, request a client card multiple times, then had the card cancelled and got locked out of our account. All of this without anyone informing us. The worst was when the account manager gave us a reason why the card was cancelled and then when she found out the real reason she said that WE told HER the wrong reason for the cancellation. WHAT!? I'm pretty sure we came to you with no idea why we were locked out and you were the one that misinformed US just 10mins ago. Needless to say it's been a frustrating three months and at this point I think I'd rather deal with an ATM...assuming the 4th client card will actually work...

3 ATMs located here as well as a drive through. Its rarely busy in the mornings.
