Unfortunately, my experience with this bank was disappointing. I encountered a lack of professionalism from the staff — their responses were vague, sometimes inaccurate, and it often felt like they didn’t fully understand the products they were offering. The service took much longer than expected, and I had to repeat the same questions multiple times without getting clear answers. I expected a higher level of service and competence. I hope the bank takes steps to improve staff training and overall customer service moving forward.

I had a very disappointing experience at this RBC branch yesterday. I went in to request a Portfolio Statement, which is a basic financial document, yet the staff member had absolutely no idea what I was talking about.nnNot only was the employee untrained and unprofessional, but I also wasted a significant amount of time waiting—only to leave without my issue being resolved. It’s shocking that a major bank like RBC would allow such a lack of basic knowledge among their front-line staff. This is unacceptable, and I’ll be reconsidering whether I can trust RBC with my financial needs going forward.
