I have been a long time customer of Scotia. I have been with this particular Branch for 18yrs. Our longtime financial officer Calla Pruegger has always looked after my wife and I very well. After Calla retired we were under some pressure from friends to move our business to the same bank as them including a new mortgage we were ready for with the purchase of a new home. We initially met with a young Lady(financial officer) by the name of Allison M. Well let me tell you that after our initial visit with Allison, we had definitely decided to stay with Scotia. We did in fact arrange our new mortgage with her/ you. She was very polite and very helpful. I really appreciate the honesty and care she provided us. Allison always makes it a point to greet us when we are in the branch. Very nice feeling! I would not ever hesitate to tell any one of my friends about her service and care for her customers. Cheers!
