Thought banking hours were bad before? Now they’re even worse!nnPopulation is mainly elderly. I bring up that they need more chairs for waiting as the line is often out the door and they are left standing for an incredible amount of time with no chairs with only their walkers or canes.nnCustomer service is nonexistent. Staff are burnt out from the frustration of customers. There needs to be more staff with wider hours offered. SOME THINGS CANT BE DONE ONLINE

Bank machines don't work for deposits. One machine a customer wrote touch screen doesnt work. This seems to be a normal thing at this location. Only 2 tellers and waited almost an hour to get service

I waited for 39 minutes in a line up . There was only one teller on. A eldery man spoke with the manager about why there wasn't another worker , she argued with him forn15 minutes as ro why she couldn't jump on and help while her other teller was on brake .

Me and my fiance had a very frustrating experience with the mortgage specialist at this branch. We were pre approved and went through with buying the house, anyways the woman we dealt with spoke very poor English and was very hard to understand. Many times it seemed as though she didn't know what she was doing and we almost lost the hosue because of how long she was taking! Thankfully my realtor stepped in and got her manager involved and it only took her 1DAY!!! TO GET IT FINISHED at this point we've been waiting 3.5 weeks... Anyways long story short I highly recommend you not go to this branch of Scotia Bank for anything important

For a popular bank like Scotiabank, it been very surprising to see the lack of tellers. Its not the first time but this branch in particular has been very very slow NOT due to the staff but due to the lack of them.nnCame for a basic statement request and stood in line for a half hour for my turn. Again the staff are great just unfortunate that they have no support to handle the footfall here! Might have to take my business elsewhere if this continues!
