Scotiabank

I glanced through some of the bad reviews before I decided to respond and to be honest couldn't disagree more! Scotiabank and especially the Main street branch in Airdrie have been fabulous! As I'm nearing retirement they have been totally on top of my financials and having regular meetings to get all the details lined up. My advisor Barbara has called me with advice and not waited for meetings. She totally gets me and my needs! I feel nothing less than a professional as well as personal representation has always been there for me. I couldn't feel more cared for and prepared for my future retirement!. I will be moving with retirement to another town and have already had very pleasant service there with the local Scotiabank as well. I will miss the personal touch with this branch but I look forward to many more years with the Scotiabank in my upcoming new home town!

One of the most corrupt banks in Canada. Highly recommend looking into their dealings not only here but in Mexico as well. They do not deserve a single nickel from the Canadian public. This branch in particular has some of the most vapid women working here. Completely empty, almost no brain function. They're horrible and shouldn't be allowed to continue ripping off their customers. Not worth a star.

Oh no I had a stop payment and they took my money for it but putr the payment through anyway damn it not good at all time for a change for sure uggggg :(and I deal with Scotia online in Columbia ,Mexico so what's with this oh my goodness I'm stressed beyond the word stress holy no more nope done great people in Airdrie Sierra springs everyone helpful

Now while I had a hard time convincing one teller they do in fact provide a service I had received there and always did, we have had a lot of help from these guys too. They're always welcoming and eager to help me. I've had a few challenges and always had them work their hardest to sort through it. That's appreciated.
