Scotiabank

I've dealt at this bank for 45 years, last Octobe 2024r my Scotiabank Visa card was compromised. I phoned visa canceled the card and they were sending me a new one to arrive in less than seven days I was told. Now May 22, 2025 still no Visa Card and I had to pay 2 unknown charges on my card that was compromised. Last time I went to the bank they told me 2 days they would have a new card for me , a week later no card . Now telling me another week or so for my credit card.nThis is really annoying having to ask my wife to charge things for me on her card. I think it may be time to look for a new bank that cares about it's customers.

The financial advisor, advised me to withdraw all of my cash and miss my mortgage payments in order to receive help as I have never missed a payment and have good credit, therfore the bank won't help me. This is while I was looking to purchase a new home. Great advice! Ruin my credit to have Scotiabank offer me some form of financial relief. NOTHING good to say about this joke of a financial institution. Bank elsewhere!

Jamie and his staff are absolutely exceptional. We not only do our personal but our business banking here. Over the last month I have had two problems with my account online. Both times the when calling the main call center they tole me there was nothing they could do, and it wasn't their error.nnSo I drove to the bank, and I was taken care in minutes with the problem resolved quickly with the utmost respect. If they ever close this bank, or move to strictly online. We will definitely move all our accounts to a bank that still offers in person.nnThanks, to all the staff at the North Battleford Branch, you all are amazing!

Don't want to share too much information but thank you Scotiabank staff cashiers for your hard work and dedication serving your customers really appreciated the Excellence and expertise from your staff is awesome

Some of the tellers here are great and deserve credit but the management of this branch is absolutely terrible and riddled with incompetence . Every time I need something relatively easy to have accomplished that is important it takes weeks and never willing to go out of their way in the least to help a client out . At other Scotia Banks I have had excellent service and was never treated this way .
