CIBC Branch & ATM

Was assured by manager twice that USD would be in by a certain deadline and ordering it via the app was the best route to go. It was in fact not in by said deadline and it was also in fact not the best route to go as they had plenty of American cash on hand that I could have simply walked in and taken out had i been aware. At least she came out and tried to resolve the issue she didn’t.

I wanted to redeem an investment and the toll free number is a labyrinth. I thought I'd get someone to talk to by calling the bank directly, so I left a message, they never got back to me. Clearly customer focus is lacking, so glad to not have to deal with them again.

after walking 30 mins to the closest cibc made me wait a hour to get a new card and told me they couldn’t give me it , that there’s nothing they can do and i have to call the bank i called the girl transferred me to the regular helpline by accident then the next person transferred me to a credit card line which was the wrong one then i finally got the right person and they bank told them there’s nothing stoping you from giving her her card so i waited all that time for nothing and nobody apologized besides the nice guy on the phone when it wasn’t his faultnliterally there’s always something with cibc randomly locking my cards and not knowing why it’s locked or unable to tell me anything marking it for fraud when nothing was wrong with it to begin with it makes me not trust cibc when they keep my bank card and login frozen saying i’m not allowed to access my money

The branch manager Evelyn Brown in this branch is a rude women. She doesn’t treat the customers or employees in a right way. While I was waiting on the line I’ve seen her arguing with customers and being rude with the employees. This place has a quite a bit of turnover in employees. No wonder why ..!!!

Love this bank what I don't love is how they took away my Saturdays. Dinks that's my pay day I want Saturdays back #bringsatsback
