Want to spend hours trying to talk to a human being at this branch and have supervisors ignore your messages then this is the bank for you. I even contacted Scotiabank canada and told them I needed to talk to a person at my branch and not a recording, she said sure hold on and tried for 20 minutes and even she couldn't get a hold of a live body there. Scotiabank has dropped the ball and their level of service.
