Today is the second time in two years that I have gone to this location to find a hand written note taped on the door saying they are closed due to a power outage. No manual service, no person inside to speak with in regards to reopening time, other options, nothing. The last time was Christmas eve. This is completely and utterly horrible service. I go to a big retailer here in town and they do up a manual sales slip when they lose power but a big bank can't. Honestly, how can a financial institution not have a "back up plan" if they do not have back up power??? I am so beyond frustrated that I am seriously thinking and most likely closing my account. I have never had this issue with any other branch I have banked at but clearly this one can't get it together.

Phoning in without an extension to dial in is a trial of patience... ten minutes before I was able to be routed through to a representative.
