There schedule is the worst ever to deal with has a contractor open 9:30 close at 5..... it's like they want to make sure you can't make it on time. It's a new business account and I already look other options.you don't know how much time and money I already lost just to go deposit a cheque...

My PayPal was fraudulently accessed investigated and found to be unauthorized the bank only refunded half the nsf fees and stated it was as a curtesy so I'm now out 210.73 cents that the bank is refusing to reimburse..... I've been dealing with this for over a week now, and the bank keeps telling me they will not reimburse the whole transaction of 525.72 that was FRAUDULANTLY over drafted by unauthorized transactions but they are willing to give me back half, so now I'm going hungry and cannot pay my bills because of surmise royal banks inability and refusal to refund the nsf charges that should have NEVER taken place because my PayPal was hacked and fruantulantly accessed, even after an entire investigation and PayPal sending a letter as proof that the charges were inaccurate and unauthorized and that all nsf fees for their transaction withdrawals should be reversed the bank is still refusing to do so, now leaving me high and dry, I am closing my account and NEVER dealing with RBC AGAIN I've had this account for 6 years no ALWAYS been in good standing NEVER had an nsf fee in my time with them, then I get frauded and the bank takes my money and refuses to refund it all!!!
