Initially I was satisfied with the service that I received. I went into the bank and met with a personal banking specialist about a problem with my interest rate. She solved my problem but once I returned home I realized that I had signed up for a service that I did not require. I was not asked if I required this product nor was the product explained to me. It was slipped in with other papers that I was signing. I then tried to call her for 2 days leaving 4 very detailed messages. Finally I had to reach Scotia Financial and deal with them directly. I was completely misled. Very disappointed.
