Amazing bank, very good service! everyone is smiling and they make sure to put a smile on your face before leaving the bank. They are always willing to help with any problem that you have. I dont live in that area but i go there because i like the branch.

Would give it a ZERO if I could. Staff(mid 50's women with brown hair who was working at the front entrance desk) was extremely disrespectful. I was trying to cash a check at this bank since mine was way to far out. They had to verify my check, which is fine but she was not happy to call because "it was taking long and she wanted to go to home" Which was actually the staff words. Also thought I didn't speak french, and made comments about me.. Showed a random person who came in my PRIVATE information; paper work and ID.. Another staff member(tall brown hair'd male) "Why are we doing favor's for people, We close at 3:00. It indeed was after 3:00 but I had got there at 2:00! I did not get my check cleared or cashed, she refused and handed me back my paperwork. At this point the government offices are closed and cannot clear my check until Monday, which lead me to have no money over the weekend. So thank you to the "Friendly" staff at this bank I will never return, and it is evident why there is only a 2.2 review on google!!

Terrible bank. I secretely heard one of the staff call me un esti de negre mal eduquer. They thought i didnt speak french. Reporting this bank to the regis des consomateur.

worst service for mortgage. always miss the municipal tax! it happened twice. Don't go there. Customer service sucks!
