Walked into this location, no lineup, but was still met with unbelievable rudeness from the female clerk at the counter. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and acted like helping me was a burden. No basic courtesy, no willingness to assist – just a cold, arrogant attitude. This branch clearly doesn’t value its customers. I will never return and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Absolutely unacceptable.
Maybe post on your website the ATM is closed on weekends!! And only open during business hours Monday to Friday . Not very convenient.
Went to use the ATM this morning.. doors locked.. not the first time at this location..
No smiles, no greetings, and no professionalism.nnIt was quite disheartening to see a lack of basic customer service etiquette, especially at a bank where clients expect a certain level of respect and care. A simple smile or even returning a greeting would have gone a long way in improving the experience.nnI hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes efforts to train their staff on proper customer interaction.
They always close earlier than the actual business hours. Horrible branch
