Scotia Stairs Limited

When I was searching for a new finish for my previously carpetted stairs, i came across this company. The product seemed reasonably priced compared to lesser quality offerings that i could find locally. My questions were answered professionally, and they were able to provide the treads to exactly match the finish of the hardwood floor that we had just installed. The treads arrived well packaged, and on time. My Scottish carpenter who installed them was well pleased with the quality of product compared to what he usually sees. May seem odd to ship stair treads from so far away, but absolutely worth the effort.

Of all the different sub contractors that were involved with the house build Scotia Stairs was the easiest to deal with and came through on time with a beautiful finished product. Larry (Owner) was great. Any problems that came up he immediately found a solution where everyone was happy. The quote I was given was exactly what I paid. No hidden costs or fees. Not to mention the very competitive pricing which I was happy to pay for given the quality of work and service provided. These guys work hard and genuinely want to please there customers, from Larry (owner) down to the installer. After the stairs were installed the installer would send me pictures of excitement on how good they looked. That kind of service seems to be hard to find these days. I have had more positive comments on the stairs than anything else in the house. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a company that does great work with no surprises. Dave

Scotia Stairs saved me hundreds of dollars and managed to provide us with more than we were even hoping for. They did a fantastic job. Was respectful of our property and even provided tips after the job was done how to maintain and physically showed us skills. Could not be happier with Richard Brown his son and Scotia stairs.

Talked to Larry at Scotia Stairs today, he really knows staircases. His installers did a stair job at a friends house and they highly recommended him, as both professional and courteous. The install went great, they cleaned up before leaving, and the price was fantastic. We'll be having him in to look at ripping out the lousy construction grade stairs and carpet in our home.

Amazing service , friendly and so professional. We love our new stairs and Larry and the team we're so helpful in helping us determine what we needed and options to best suit our budget
