I was nervous about having to find a new dentist when we moved to Halifax. I am very  happy to have found Dr. Murty at Scotia Dental! She is so intelligent and amazing at her job. It also helps that she is such a kind person, especially if you are a nervous person when you go to the dentist.

I have not seen a dentist in 6 years because of a phobia I have had since I was a kid. The Staff at Scotia Dental were amazing, they were non judgemental and made me feel comfortable throughout my whole procedure. They even extracted my problem tooth the same day and I am on my way to a healthier smile! Would recommend to EVERYONE, especially nervous patients.

I have been going to Scotia Dental for many years and Jennifer McNeil is the best hygienist that I have seen. She is very professional and very caring. She has a calming effect from the moment I sit in the chair to when I leave the office. Jennifer genuinely cares about my dental health and is very knowledgeable about dental health. She can answer my questions in a way that I can easily understand. She is extremely patient and friendly. She really does take the anxiety out of my visits.

I recently took my 7 year old daughter to Scotia Dental for a check up and cleaning.  She was a bit apprehensive to go to the appointment.  The Dental Hygienist, Jennifer McNeil, completely put her at ease by explaining the process in a way she could follow and understand.  She really liked the sunglasses, praise for her recent good brushing, and the treasure chest at the end.  I was very impressed with Jennifer’s professionalism and demeanour.  I would highly recommend Scotia Dental and Hygienist Jennifer McNeil as they provide a first rate dental experience.

My experience with Scotia Dental was top notch. The staff are very professional and friendly. I was very impressed with our Dental Hygienist, Jennifer McNeil, who was very good with my young daughter who was very nervous to visit the Dentist. Jennifer really made my daughter feel comfortable and walked her through the process with step by step instructions she could understand. The treasure chest was a big hit as well! I would recommend this dental office and Hygienist Jennifer McNeil, to anyone!
