Wow, this is easily the best ice cream parlour I've ever been to! 6/5 stars, easily. This beats any in Vancouver. I wish I wasn't a 7 hour drive away from here . We came here since we were staying at Sun Peaks. And the staff here are all so friendly! I was so surprised that everyone was this kind. They patiently waited as we were being indecisive. The scoopz they gave us were massive! It's totally worth the price, maybe even better. Please come to scoopz if you're ever in Kamloops. I guarantee it's the best in town!
They use Foothills Creamery ice cream which is delicious and has an excellent assortment of flavour options. They offer a great selection, reasonable prices, make great milkshakes, and are an efficient team so you never wait long even with crazy lineups sometimes. I wish they had Peanut Butter Crunch more often but love that they seem to always keep Pistachio with Almonds and Blast Off around : And other flavors have been great as well. They offer cup or cone options and the cones always seem fresh. They have a stamp card as well :D
Hands down one of the best ice creams I've ever had. Plenty of flavors, insane portion size 2 scoops in a cup and great service.

I have been looking for years for banana fudge ice cream I finally found it here! As soon as I seen it on the menu I was so happy, tastes exactly as I remember it. Friendly staff here and big huge scoops of ice cream I got two scoops on a waffle cone
Best place for ice cream in Kamloops. Clean, friendly service, awesome flavour selection. Large pay parking across the street. Great park there too for a post ice cream walk or play!
Jolly good friends took me to Scoopz when I first came to Kamloops in summer last year, and I was really impressed with the quality of the Ice-cream. It was really creamy and cold enough. I have purchased from Scoopz twice this summer as I look forward to having it whenever I go downtown. The first time I couldn’t really place what was wrong, it just felt really off and cold, it didn’t feel creamy. I decided to purchase again this time 2 weeks after, and I got the same feeling but even worse because i could literally feel the ice crumbles in the Ice-cream. My partner and I had to do away with it because it was hurting our tongues , especially for me as I tried licking it off my waffle cone continuously. Waiting for it to defrost was a bad idea because it just got watery. It’ll be great to tone down on water or Ice being added to the Ice-cream mixture because it’s ruining the supposed creamy texture, and making it less enjoyable. I am not happy with my two purchases, and I really don’t think I will be making purchases this summer again due to this experience.
Scoops always has very friendly staff. Although it is not unreasonably priced it is a little more expensive. There are lots of options here. Although I wish they had a nut allergy section that was 100% away from any other ice creams containing nuts as a lot of them have nuts there. In saying that their ice cream is delicious and there's lots of options to how you can eat it. My family and I like to get it and then head down to the park for a nice walk around. If you are in Kamloops in the summer I would highly suggest stopping in 2 scoops and getting yourself some ice cream.
Part of our summer tradition. Always look forward to the experience of going to scoopz, getting our favourite or trying something new…so many choices. Our dogs love it too when they get spoiled with their pup cones. Who knew ice cream could bring such joy! Thanks Scoopz for making summer special. Keep up the good work!
Never seaces to satisfy. Fast, friendly service and huge portions at a good price can't go wrong there.
