The Carrot Barn in Schoharie is not only a place to pick up your fresh fruit and vegetables and plants, but a great place to enjoy lunch. They have a nice sandwich, salad and soup selection. But the best part is their delicious desserts. You can't go wrong with anything you pick, although my favorite is the carrot cake.

One of my absolute favorite places to go. The cider donuts are probably the best I've ever had. They're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and they have a perfect amount of sugar. Their cider is also really good. I've had their soups once or twice and they're also very good. If you're near by or in the area, definitely make time to go.

First visit to the Carrot Barn! Sandwich’s were good, apple cider donuts were tasty but would suggest less sugar crystals. Nice to see a place to pick up vegetables\fruits and some in bulk.

Delicious fresh and local food. Pint of strawberries were expensive, but definitely worth it. They are the best strawberries my family has had this year. The cucumber, tomato, cheddar sandwich is so simple yet out of this world and keeps me coming back.

Beautiful farm fresh goods, cozy and clean, Great soups, sandwiches, and pastries all made with fresh ingredients. I am very happy I decided to stop on my way back home after visiting N.Y.
