We had Schmitty's come out to our wedding over the weekend and I seriously cannot recommend enough! We got so many compliments, their crew was incredible, food was beyond delicious and it was the perfect late night lunch option to feed our guests and keep the party going all night! We chose them based on many high recommendations and we absolutely know why! Whether it's booking for an event or stopping to grab a bite at their food truck locations, you will be so happy you did! 10/10!

But I have to let you know - I am so so happy with your service in catering for our wedding lunch. I am so glad that we were still able to order from you, even though the original date didn't work, I couldn't be more thrilled with how things turned out. Thank you for providing excellent service and being so safe and respectful in what you do! The drive thru food pickup was smooth and a huge success, everyone also couldn't stop talking about the FOOD! It was amazing as always, and I would 100% recommend your family business to others!

We had Schmitty's cater our wedding a month and a half ago and the food was fantastic! We had so many compliments from friends and family, and the supper was definitely the highlight of the night. Full of flavor and more than enough for guests to have seconds.

It was amazing!!! Best BBQ I've ever had. Had them cater our wedding on October 2, and the food was a hit with everyone. Even the picky little kids loved it. Both my father and father in law split what was left of the burnt pork ends; they were obsessed. Also two words: endless pickles! The amount of delicious food you get is more than a bang for your buck. Also leftovers were scrumptious the next day. Highly recommend and will definitely be finding any excuse to have them cater another event.
I fancy myself be to somewhat of a foodie and BBQ expert myself but if I’m driving and see the Schmittys Smoked Meats food truck you better hang on because I’ll be whipping in that parking lot faster than you can say brisket! Excellent food from a family run business, I may be slightly addicted to his smoked cheese so make sure you take home a hunk of Gouda if it’s available!
Great local family run catering company. Best smoked meat in town. Lunch portions are ridiculous, youll definitely have a couple meals after. From large to small Schmitty can handle it all

Amazing catering services! Tyler did a fantastic job at our friend's backyard wedding. The meat and sauce were unbeatable. I normally don't enjoy coleslaw, but I almost went back for seconds. Would 100% recommend checking out their food truck or having your event catered.
