Prairie Smoke & Spice is amazing! I have had them cater 2 events, and both events went off without a hitch! Food was amazing, service was exceptional, easy to plan with in advance of both events. Great value! Definitely a 5/5!

Seriously great BBQ! These guys know what they're doing. The brisket sandwich I had was very filling. Tasty coleslaw on top and a nice sauce to bring it all together!

Catered our Davidson Days supper with 400+ people! Organizing it was a breeze. Staff was super efficient and friendly, and the food was downright amazing!!! So many compliments were received. Will definitely get them to cater again, no question!
