Honestly the best veal sandwiches around even if you are not gluten free. I haven’t eaten such an authentic Italian sandwich since my late pops made them. The sweetheart owner had us taste the tiramisu and let me tell you … you can’t taste the difference. Wow blown away by the amazing food and sweet shop owner. Thank you for making such amazing gluten free food.
WOW! This place is incredible! We stopped by here today and were blown away at the products! We got two sandwhiches chicken and porchetta. So delicious!!! Couldn't even tell they were gluten free. My husband loves California Sandwiches and said that the chicken sandwich here is WAY better. Staff is incredibly friendly. They let us bring our dog in while we ate : and we tried the tiramisu and I couldn't even tell it was gluten free. Amazing!!! 10/10! We will definitely be back :
My daughter has Celiac disease and before we found this place, she didn't want to eat. Nothing seemed appealing. The food here is amazing. 100% gluten-free.

The frozen food I purchased butternut squash ravioli and bagels were phenomenal. The Veal Sandwich was delicious with amazing bread. The pizza was decent amazing crust but a little oily. Some of the best Italian food I've had since I stopped eating gluten. Be prepared to wait a bit for any hot food as it is a small operation. The owner has celiac and it is entirely gluten free, so it is very safe.
We are visiting from California and are super happy to have found Schiroso. The owner made us brunch on Friday, evem though they usually only have it on Sundays. The food is absolutely delicious. She has a store and bakery with lots of handmade baked goods.
After giving up on restaurants altogether because of my food restrictions, the universe led me to this gem of a restaurant in Vaughan. It’s been a loooooong time since I had a pizza and let me tell you that this restaurant did not disappoint. It was deeeeelicous! The owner was beyond delightful and so patient as she answered my questions. I can't wait for my next lunch visit!

Chicken mozzarella sandwich was amazing and portion sizes are so generous. Got so so many frozen things to try cant wait to try them. The owner was so kind and helpful with everything. Will be back for lunch again !
I finally made the trip over to this gem of a store! I went in after breakfast looking for bread and some pasta. I found amazing options for both. I even bought some of her homemade fresh lasagna sheets. Then I saw veal sandwich on the menu and it’s been years since I’ve had a veal sandwich so I bought one thinking I would just have it later for lunch. The owner encouraged me to just take one bite and you know what? I ate almost half of it on the way home. I would have finished it if it wasn’t such a huge sandwich! I was hesitant to try the vegan cheese I’m also lactose intolerant but the owner ensured me this was phenomenal cheese… and it is! This is the best veal sandwich I’ve had in so long. If you’re thinking of trying some gluten free food don’t settle for less. This is the best place to go.
