Drove from Battle Creek, just to get a general idea of prices or arrangement possibilities. The woman was HORRIBLY rude because we didn't have an appointment. I understand this is a necessity to work out details but wow! If you are going to treat potential customers like that before you even have their money I would hate to see how you treat them after you have it. After we went to Ambati florists, they were equally busy but took the time to show us some options and pricing. We happily booked an appointment to go over details.
