I ordered flowers to get delivered to a co-worker in the hospital from Ambati. I received an e-mail notification that the flowers were delivered, but my co-worker never received them as she was in the ICU and they could not accept flowers there. I had assumed the flowers were delivered to the front desk at the hospital and never made it to the ICU. Unbeknownst to me, Ambati called the hospital daily to determine if she had been moved to the ICU to allow for the flower delivery which I thought was above and beyond what would be a typical flower delivery. I will absolutely use them in the future for my flower delivery needs!

I guess this shop partners with bloom today because I made an order on the website for pink and white flowers with a balloon for Valentine’s Day but when my mom received the flowers it looked nothing like what was described on the website. It had purple and a lot of filler greenery. I get it may be cheaper because it was through a third party website but if your not going to fulfill what the website advertised why even partner with the company. Don’t get me wrong the flowers were still pretty I guess and my mom appreciated them it just wasn’t what I was expecting.

You saved the day again! Sharon was able to capture exactly what my daughter wanted without my daughter coming into their store as she lives two hours away. Her bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and the groom's boutonniere was perfect. The other boutonnieres and wrist corsages were equally perfect they smelled good too!! I picked everything up Thursday afternoon for a Saturday evening wedding and they looked just as nice on Saturday as they did when I left the store. Needless to say, my family and I will always come back to you for our floral needs.

I am not sure even where to begin. I ordered flowers and what was sent vs what was ordered was ridiculous. When I purchased the flowers I was told there was no red vases, so I specifically asked for the bow. No Bow, no red vase. Ordered the deluxe version which is supposed to be step up from the version I attached. I am posting a picture of what I ordered vs what was actually sent. I called, spoke with the owner. He thought what he made was beautiful and that was all that mattered to him. He didn't care rather or not I was happy. Never in my life.. Offered me a 5$ credit on a $70 bouquet of flowers that looked NOTHING at all like the picture. I will NEVER order or recommend this place to anyone. Buy your flowers somewhere else. Somewhere that actually cares about customer service. Hugs & Kisses is what I ordered - the other is what was actually sent!! I would also like to say that it has nothing to do with the money. I just wanted them to make it right and send what I ordered. People are always trying to rip you off!! I could've done a better job myself!!

The flowers were delivered early in the morning and I'm thankful that they arrived when expected. I was a little disappointed on the flowers that were delivered because it looked nothing like the photo on the website. The flowers were much fuller on the website. I do not think the flowers were worth the amount spent...

The workers are wonderful, called them at 8am they had order ready by 10am . And they had the flowers my sister wanted. Will be back...

I've used Ambati probably 4-5 times since I've moved to the area, I've never been let down or disappointed. This morning my wife got her birthday flowers and I definitely got some brownie points. Very quick and easy to order online.

I brought in a colorful friends coffee mug for them to fill with a cpl mini yellow roses and maybe a few other flowers. When I picked it up, it was breath-taking!! There had to be at least a dozen of roses or so, and the rest looked absolutely beautiful! My friend will love it!! I didn't expect all that for what I paid. I always buy my flowers there, and I would suggest that anyone who reads this review should do the same. And the staff was so helpful and friendly. Thankyou folks so very much!! I was very disappointed. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, wanting to spend $75 on flowers. I specifically asked for 3 kinds of flowers roses, gerbers, hydrangea in specific colors, was told they were in stock, and none of them were used. There might have been 1 rose. Instead, much less expensive stock flowers were used. I tried to support a local business but feel I got ripped off because I was long distance.
