Scarlet Ibis Family Restaurant

I used to go here daily when they were at their old location. Went a couple times at their new location. Food seems a little off. Like when you're missing a spice or two or cooking it a little different. Texture and taste a little off. Is the original chefs still working at the new location?

We like a lot to go out. Yesterday we visited this delicious restaurant which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a lovely evening there with fine meal and a professional team and a professional cook. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we shall no doubt come back soon. We highly recommend.

I went there to buy a curry chicken roti... the roti was dry ... it was like eating a mouthful of flour ... and the curry chicken tasted like it was in the fridge for a week then reheated in the microwave ... I wouldn't recommend the roti. or any other dish from there ...

Used to love the food but the food isn't 100% like it was at their old location. Maybe they are missing one of their original chefs or the ingredients are from a different supplier or something else??? Hope they tweak it to how it was at their old location.
