So we went there for dinner. Had to make our reservation prior. Ordered a variety of dishes ranging from pizza, pasta, cheese toast, Parmesan chicken tiramisu etc. Everything tastes just about average. I have had better. Especially the Parmesan chicken was too hard. But my favorite was my Espresso Martini, it was the best so far. Bill was around 120CAD for two. The service and ambience was really good.
I can see an inconsistent quality of the food between locations. Food here is good but at other location the food is bath in grease and oil that'll drip down when you take a bite. FOOD: love both of the pizza • Sausage Gorgonzola: not so much sauce there but at least it tastes good, lots of cheess, the dough is a bit thick. • Sophia: very cheesy, very creamy, a little burnt around the corner. But overall it's a good one. SERVICE: the restaurant is so big and busy and lots of corners so it might be hard to get your server or even get them notice you. Food came out a bit slow. VIBE: this place is so weird that the entrance and the reception desk is on opposite site of the restaurant. Big place with 3 different entrance so it's quite confusing.
Came here for dinner before a Jays game and it was great! First time at this location but I used to frequent the Yonge/Gerrard one when it was still around. Service was extremely friendly, the waitress was very accommodating and the food came promptly. The Lemon Garlic Shrimp Spaghetti was stellar, loved the creamy Alfredo sauce and the savoury fried capers. Noodles and shrimp were perfectly cooked. My friend got the Chicken Parm and it was good, but it felt a little unbalanced with more fettuccine than protein. The atmosphere is classic Scaddabush with that dimly lit ambience. Busy and bustling as usual for a Friday evening, which made the friendly and prompt service more impressive. Overall, 5/5. Highly recommend!
Food was great, good service as well. We went on an office party, luckily we had a reservation, otherwise you will have ro wait a long time even during weekdays. Definitely recommend the Espresso Martini in cocktail and the 3-cheese truffle charity bread in starter. The place is pretty noisy, so hard to talk. There are no activities, so if you are going only for dinner - this is great.
Fantastic drinks and food! Probably one of the best gluten free pizzas I have had and gluten free beer available. It was busy but we were able to get a drink at the bar while we waited for a table. The only thing that was disappointing was our food came out before our drinks, we were half done our meals before the red wine came. I would definitely go back. Very convenient location to the rogers center too. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza and beer were great
This is my favourite restaurant! The fresh mozzarella is always incredible, and it's made to order! We also tried the three cheese charity bread, and it was a hit as well! I always order the spaghetti carbonara, it's excellent. My friend had the mushroom fettuccine, they said it was good but they were jealous of my carbonara. We each spent about $75- splitting the apps, a pasta dish each, a cocktail each, and tip! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: The server asked us about any dietary restrictions before we ordered our food
We came here on a Wednesday night and it was rather busy. We waited for 30-45 minutes for a table to become available for the three of us, although there were some larger tables available. Music was too loud to the point everyone had to yell to talk to each other! And the service was very slow, we waited so long for our server to take our order and even our coke was served when we were completely done with our food, although we ordered it with our food. The food was very oily and salty. The dipping sauce for calamari and both pizzas were too salty.
Tried this place for the first time last night. I’d rate the food and drinks a 6/10, nothing special for the price that you’re paying. The fig and prosciutto mozzarella tasted good but there was 3 pieces of prosciutto 23.71+ tax and we had to cut into the mozza with a butter knife which was a workout. The mushroom truffle fettuccine 46.42+tax for social serving had limited flavour, the sauce was so thin that it didn’t coat the noodles very well so the noodles underneath were bland. Ended up paying over $55 per person more when you include the tip after splitting the cost of the app and meal, plus a drink each.
Italian burger and mushroom fettuccine, both are fresh and tasty. The tiramisu is fresh made!! Made After you ordered! I was just complaining the why tiramisu took forever to arrive, and it’s freshly made! You can tell cause the creamy part is flowing and the ladyfingers were still crunchy. The rosemary garlic fries are so so, but the burger is really good. Especially the tomato slices has a strong fruity flavor.
Had a wonderful lunch here. TJ our server was knowledgeable and fun. Food was good as always. Had single meatball, mozzarella ball with balsamic, roasted red pepper soup and brushettaFood: 5/5
