Michelle and Italo were very helpful finding the books I needed and were great. They were extremely kind and friendly!

They get the books you need for classes. Make sure to get reciepts! Save them, too! I had a slight hiccup on returning books, and it was resolved without too much of a problem, but if I had made sure to get a reciept for the return and had saved the original reciept for the rental to begin with it would have been faster than the 5 minutes it took this time. It just saves hassles.

The customer service is wonderful. They are really helpful and kind.

Horrible customer service. Never appropriately stocked. Always have issues. Never have enough supplies. Staff doesn't usually know what is happening or what is going on with their stock. Price matching is a joke. I love the campus, classes, and instructors, but I absolutely dread dealing with the bookstore !!

It's very convenient for students as usual the prices vary from extremely high to just high and sometimes for certain classes you can find similar or better things at other stores but if you have some type of program that assist in paying for school supplies then it's perfect.

Angel was very helpful and makes the bookstore very pleasant to be in.

Wonderful, friendly staff and plenty of help to go around despite the amount of students coming in & out. They worked quickly to keep the line always moving.

Good place to see what books you need for classes, also has a good variety of miscellaneous supplies. They also sell scantrons. The staff is always helpful and friendly

A quiet store where no one really interacts with you. Only open until 4PM I suggest lowering their prices a tad if they want to feel as a genuine, practical source for SC4 students pop in and get supplies on the spot.

I went in a few days ago excited to look at books for the new semester and was greeted with rude customer service and left feeling a little attacked . When I got there I immediately got the feeling like they wanted me to leave and after looking at one asile they did ask me to leave all I wanted to do was grab the last couple of my books and they were nasty about me wanting to purchase them in store . If you hate your job don’t take it out on the those who are still excited about life.
