They advertise that they price match but when provided proof of competitors price they reject matching - I guess Frescho will get more of my business. Save on Foods customer care if you can call it that through the app doesn't care either about the customer and they don't even try to attempt to solve the situation for the customer, sad to see how far Save on Foods both this location and the Corporate Customer Care Department has fallen as a whole.

The core issue with this Save-On-Foods location is poor management. It’s clear from the moment you walk in that there’s a lack of leadership and accountability. Shelves are often disorganized or empty, staff seem unmotivated and unsure of their responsibilities, and customer service is consistently below standard.nnOn multiple occasions, I’ve witnessed staff trying to manage customer concerns without any support from supervisors. It feels like management is either absent or unwilling to engage with day-to-day operations. Even basic issues like long lineups or pricing errors go unresolved, creating a frustrating experience for shoppers.nnSave-On-Foods has a reputation for quality and reliability—but this location does not live up to that standard. It’s time for head office to seriously evaluate the leadership here, because the current management is failing both their team and their customers.

Great selection of food options. Super accessible and great to stop to stock up on food for long drives and weekend getaways.
