Rustic Elements is awesome!! The flowers are always fresh and the arrangements are exceptional and made to order. The new location is fabulous and an upgrade for sure. It's great to see the owner, Jodi, take a hands-on approach to meeting customer needs. She invests care in building relationships with customers to ensure each purchase makes an impression. Whether it's a formal occasion or just a spontaneous moment to show someone you care, Rustic Elements has the perfect gifts. I have relied on Jodi's artistic eye and skills for all my floral needs.
If your looking for a place to help you with your wedding flowers this is the place!!! She really got what I wanted for my flowers and helped make my wedding day so beautiful I would highly recommend this shop for any of your flower needs!!!
I was extremely disappointed with the basket of " flowering " plants I ordered for my mother's birthday. The pic online, compared to what she picked up was embarrassing to say the least and I paid $130.00 I wish I could post a picture of what she recieved as Rustic Elements should be embarrassed not me ! The balloon said.... thinking of you ? Instead of Happy Birthday and the card didn't even have our name written correctly. I ordered online so they had proper spelling. Don't waste your money on this flower shop. Save on foods is a much better choice. Ugh not a happy customer
I was so impressed with the clerk's professional manner and knowledge of her products and services! My business took me like 5 minutes! for a working person that is invaluable! Prices were reasonable too!
I am very sad to report this. I ordered my corsage here, I was overcharged and my boutonniere was ordered incorrectly. The flowers on my corsage were completely wilted 3 hours into the night, and my entire wrist was green from the bracelet that came along with the corsage. Was a beautiful corsage and service was very kind, but the quality was just not worth $110.
Beautiful flower arrangements! Perfect for gift giving!
Ordered some roses for my moms birthday and the photo she sent me of them after they were delivered was very beautiful but they did it in the wrong colour. They were supposed to be yellow but they didn't have any yellow roses in stock so I asked for red which are her second favourite and they sent an orangey blush....still pretty just the wrong color.
Customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this business
