So yesterday I grabbed a nice big 2.99 piece of white meat chicken and 2 quesadillas from the deli also 2.99. they were perfectly done. Today, the same priced piece of chicken which was half the size I was told is 2.99, are you serious? The warm deli was nearly empty so no other choices in the thing. She said she was too busy to do the deli... The drumstick I got was over cooked, the quesadillas had ingredients on maybe a third of each slice making it basically just dough. Today, was burnt, dried out everything with horrible spreading of ingredients, yesterday was delicious and perfectly cooked..both purchases at the same time too,different cook today too, she older lady needs to learn her craft or at least have a sense of doing a good job and a better attitude. I'm a customer, not a kid in a cafeteria. Not a great way to keep customers coming back.

A great supermarket with a wide variety of products and a clean, well-organized layout. The items are fresh, the prices are reasonable, and it’s easy to find everything you need. The staff are helpful and friendly, making the shopping experience pleasant. I would definitely come back again.”

Had a bad experience, the person in bakery was making the item that I came in for and I asked for a package. She snaps at me and tells me to come back in 10-15 minutes, I asked her just to put some in the package since she had some ready. She rudely refused. I asked for the manager and Tania arrived. Her great personality and empathetic view saved the day. She took care of me and was very gracious. Kudos to you TanianOn another note, some druggies walked out with a bunch of bakery items, the lone security guard is at the entrance, and they were long gone before he got out of his dream world. I've been coming to this location for many years. My dad enjoys coming to the store as it is easy to navigate. I shop for him each week for his lottery ticket and pick up his necessities. I often have had Christine as our teller and I felt compelled to share. She is a delight. She makes our visit worthwhile. Thank you Christine for making my shopping experience enjoyable. I'm sure she must be a valuable employee and look forward to my next visit because of her.

We’ve been shopping at Save-On for years, and it’s usually our go-to stop to grab what we need and continue our day. We typically use the self-checkout, but today, Feb 28, around 5:30 pm, my wife had a frustrating experience.nnWhile scanning a few items, one required assistance. The employee helping her seemed to be having a rough day and was quite rude. Part of the issue was that we accidentally left a tag on a Save-On bag we had purchased previously, which caused it to scan incorrectly. We completely acknowledge it was our mistake, but the way my wife was treated was not okay.nnWe hope Save-On can address this so customers can continue to enjoy a positive experience, even when small mistakes happen.
