Save-On-Foods

This is a good Save-On location. This store had everything I needed to get and it will satisfy most needs of other shoppers.

First online order for pick up. When I first went half of my items were missing so I had to go back when I got them and went home this is what I seen on my steak, ripped packaging and the meat looks a week old I’m disgusted and never doing grocery shopping here again

Best DELIVERY service in town BY FAR...!nHighly recommended:nLots of availability - often order late eve & can still get delivery spot a few hours later, between 7-9 am.nContinuity & Quality of service - items picked by & delivered by Save-On employees, in a refrigerated Save-On truck...nthe other grocery store delivery options cannot begin to compete.

Took 20 minutes for the cashier Himali might have spelt that wrong to scan through our groceries, double scanned items, when asked to redeeem points she said “ok” and then didn’t do so and continued scanning, said she couldn’t reverse an accidental point redemption when we knew she could and a different staff member was able to within seconds. Walked away twice without saying anything. Didn’t engage with any customers at all, just scanned and pressed the debit button. Save on prides themselves on customer service and I can definitely say this store often has people working their front end that look and act miserable. Your staff need more training.nMable was absolutely fantastic, give that woman a raise

I recently moved to Chilliwack and visited Save-On-Foods for my grocery shopping. The store is beautiful, well-organized, and welcoming. I also appreciate the convenient handicapped parking, which is positioned thoughtfully close to the entrance.nHowever, I noticed that this location does not carry any Brazilian products, unlike other Save-On-Foods stores in Langley, Vancouver, and Burnaby. Chilliwack has a large and growing Brazilian community—just one local group of Brazilian mothers has over 90 families! It would be great to see some Brazilian items here as well, as they are already available in other locations.nI hope the store considers adding Brazilian products to better serve the diverse community in Chilliwack.
