I usually have a nice experience here at Save-on! The staff are super friendly, and plac is almost fully stocked! The place is clean and organized, as it is easy to find what you need fast!

It’s about Cashier Maralin, I ask her I need Canadian king size smooth, she got the keys and ask me do you know which cabinet are your snook, I told her I don’t know and I’m not wearing my reading glasses. She became very rude with her body language which I can see, stated you should not be out if you don’t have your reading glasses. I was so disappointed and humiliated front of other customers. I ask her what is your name, she reply read it on my badge, I told her again I m not wearing my reading glasses. She stated her name and proudly tell me go if you want make complaint about it. This is out of the line, I was so shocked as my little one 11 years old and my wife was shopping in same time.I hog so humiliated and embarrassed front of everyone I the store.nI will never spent my money again in any Save on Food again. Even they are walking distance from my home.nI talk to shift manager on that time he got what I paid for but didn’t apologize for her behaviour while he was on that spot.nI don’t want to say it was racism while she was polite with other coustomer’s .nMy family my 3 kids my wife and my selfnWe spend our money in Safe and food because they are very close and we pay higher price then other stores. This will be my and my family last trip to Safe and Food.nI have recorded her and manager conversation, not going to report it or claiming any law suite base on behaviour.nI hope Safe and food gave her right training about how to deal with clients, knowing about that products you are selling. and most code of conduct and policy procedure.nnI wasn’t ever disappointed by Safe on Food but this time. I have decided to express my feelings about your business and send awareness to local communities,nnI hope this message will help you and your employees to understand your business vision.nnThank you for reading my concern.

Apparently they don’t honour the price matching of surrounding grocery stores. I ALWAYS price match my coffee from either London Drugs or Shoppers and I was denied twice now. They only take walmart, fresco and Safeway. Price matching has gone way down hill.

Membership required to save on foods. Overall place is seated in a nice convenient location. Staff was helpful, ordered take out!
