Edited: Over priced for goods.nWalmart is cheaper for same stuff. The Last time before Remembrance Day I had a few of their staff acting weird towards me after i bought some cough drops since I had a cold/flu hit me and i was talking to vets.nI am there to buy items and be friendly. I am new to the area after my mom died. So I don't appreciate them looking at me as if I am a bad person. I have been a customer of the company for many years.nYes there is someone who I am friendly with and make conversation with because she is at the tills. We have things in common.nIsnt that part of customer service? Maybe I should take my business elsewhere if I cant make conversation with the staff to show appreciation for the service at self-checkout. It was good at the beginning.
Came in for some groceries tonight and had a pretty bad experience. As soon as me and my wife walked in a security guard began staring at us / profiling us. I guess he didnt like my hat and hoodie?nHe immediately notioned to a floor worker a red headed person with a mullet and jurrasic park christmas sweater with what i can only assume was instructions to follow us to make sure we wouldn't steal anything. This person began pretending to scan items and followed us through multiple isles/ watched us as we went by the sea food. Weve both worked at big box stores and can easily recognize what was going onnPretty gross feeling to be stalked around the store by employes and security for zero reason. However it didnt stop there... both the employee and the security guard followed us right out the door and stared at us from the entrance while we loaded our groceries, that WE PAID FOR into our car.nnMust be pretty boring to work there if the staff have to do stuff like this to waste time.
Nice store, good selection but groceries are pricing me out of buying the things I like.
