The store is always clean. I love that the provide little fruit baskets for kids while you're shopping. Staff has always been helpful if I can't find something. The produce is a decent selection.nnThey also have a small selection available within the frozen foods as well.nThe bakery items are fresh too.
I recently went in to save on foods to make an order for a cake for my daughter’s birthday party. Mathew and Bryson were amazing with helping me. My daughter was very indecisive about what she wanted. And both these two were just amazing start to finish.nIf you need to order a cake I highly recommend going there :
The place is always clean and the staff is friendly. The quality amhere is better then some other stores and the price is decent. I mostly shop here foe their point system.
Great quality and variety food supplies. The staff are always friendly and helpful and patient with the elderly, something I really appreciate when taking my parents shopping. This is certainly my favourite store to shop for food supplies and I really enjoy browsing the products and displays. We have also enjoyed the sit down section where we have ordered coffee and tea, all well priced and good quality.
They have a produce guarantee, however almost every time I use online ordering the produce is rotten, bruised and not edible. The line also consistently misses containers and you don’t typically notice till you’re home and unloading the bags. As a single father this service is needed to help with my daily schedule. However having to constantly visit 2x every time I order has made it a huge inconvenience. It’s obvious the training is obsolete. And management doesn’t seem to care as I rarely get a call or email from anyone. The staff just reimburses the rotted food and I pay for fuel to go back with zero compensation. I no longer buy produce from save on, and now use produce gone wild as it’s quick and easy to get in and out. Time to switch to superstore online !!
