We have been going to Saunders Farm for years and have never been disappointed. Yesterday afternoon's visit was no exception. With the beautiful weather, the place was packed but our waits were never longer than was reasonable. The wagon wide was exhilarating, the kids' barn was delightful and the accessibility of food and washrooms was astounding considering the numbers. Unfortunately we missed the stage show, but I hear the the songs this year are great. If the nice weather holds, we may go back so we can spend more time in the mazes. Congratulations on another great year!

I bought 4 tickets to the Fright Fest at Saunders Farm back in April through a promotion. I received an email at the beginning of October explaining that this year we have to reserve the evening we want to redeem our tickets on in order to limit the number of people that are allowed in so that everyone gets the chance to enjoy the attractions. I reserved our tickets for this evening and we showed up at 8pm to find a 30 minute line up for those in the same situation as us. By the time I got to the window, the lady told me that it would be a 2 to 2.5 hour wait to get on the Haunted Hayride, so I asked for a refund. They couldn't refund my purchase because I bought my tickets online. I turned around with 4 tickets in my hand and had to sell them to other people in line. Saunders Farm should be investigated for the actually service they provide. They knowingly sell tickets over capacity. Most patrons will likely go on 1 or less rides. This year's tickets are selling at 40$ but I have to question the value and so should every other patron that ever considers going to this place. It is honestly appalling that they can do this with no remorse and no consequence. How can they have a no refund policy when they are unable to provide the service that we are paying for? Walking out it occurred to us that the hundreds of people in line have no idea what is awaiting them on the other side of the ticket booth and that their hard earned money will soon be flushed down the toilet thanks to Saunders Farm.

Best farm in the world. It may be a bit expensive but it is worth every penny. Spent 5 hours there with kids between the ages of 2 and 10 and we all loved it. Pack a lunch and give yourself lots of time to explore and enjoy. Well kept, updated regularly and clean, friendly staff.

I look forward to seeing this place grow. It needs to add more attractions or activities every year. The Halloween haunt is good but the price is very high. I can't see myself going again if the price doesn't go down or they don't add more.

I have been visiting Saunders Farm for years, but it had been 4 years since my recent visit. I went on a Saturday night with my husband and we had an absolutely a-MAZE-ing time. The farm was very busy, which just helped add to the fun atmosphere. We got there just in time for the stage show, and then went to every fright they had. We laughed and screamed and totally loved it. I’ve been during the day as well, and it is great family fun, especially for the kids. I would recommend any of my family or friends to visit the farm. It’s a great way to have some screen-free fun and get outside!
