I just came from my first examination and cleaning at Sauk Trail Dental. Dr. Ott, Brittany and Eva were all very friendly and professional. I joined their Loyalty Club so I didn't even have to pay out of pocket! Loved the thank you gift and I plan to refer family members and friends.

Very professional staff, great care, and costs are always explained accurately up front. There have been personnel changes over the years but the level of service and compassion has remained the same. Dr. Dean and his staff really go the extra mile to get things done right the first time. He has caught things that I'm sure would have been overlooked by others saving me time, money and most importantly pain in the long run. It's a stretch to say you love your dentists office due to the nature of the business, but this comes as close as its gonna get :)

Went in for my semi-annual cleaning/check up. I got there and checked in as normal. However someone else called my name when it came time to go back. The hygienist that I specifically request for each appointment was not there. I was never notified and was told only after I was in the chair that she was no longer there and no one knew where she went. Turns out they let her go after 17 years and two Dr. changes. She was the most sweetest, caring, and gentle hygienist I've ever had. My appointment that day was rushed and actually hurt. Wasn't the same care I had come to know.
