I cant say enough good things about this office. Dr Dennis is amazing along with ALL the staff. Ive always had such a fear of the dentist but not with Saratoga Smiles. Dr. Dennis is truly AMAZING at what he does. Hes changed my life. I recently had a lot of work done and was a very challenging case for him but he did an AMAZING job! I never feel any pain and am always relaxed under his care. I thank god everyday that I found him. I tell EVERYONE about him and I would never go anywhere else!!! Thank you Dr. Dennis and your whole staff!!!:)

I am very happy to have found a Dentist that I can trust and whose work is impeccable. Dr Richard Dennis and his Staff are extremely professional and courteous and the office is always clean and inviting. The friendly Staff at Saratoga Smiles makes you feel comfortable and at ease and they are very proficient at what they do. Dr Dennis is very talented and competent and the result of the work he does is flawless, in my experience, and just as he explains it will be. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes sure you are comfortable with his treatment plan, which is given to you in writing along with the cost. I will refer this office to everyone I know as the atmosphere and the treatment here are second to none! 😊

I came to Saratoga Smiles when I moved to the capital region early 2016. The staff and doctor are very nice and care about your wants and needs. The hygienists always take care of my gums and make sure I am up to par with my dazzling smile. I highly recommend dr Dennis.

I must say I am very pleased with Dr. Dennis and his whole staff. He agreed to see me on a weekend day when no-one else would and saved me considerable amount of pain. They have been attentive to my needs and understanding of my personal situation. GOOD on ya - Dr Dennis and staff.

Staff is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. My appointment was cancelled the day before, with less than 24 hours notice due to a bit of snow. They rescheduled me to almost a month later. The day before my appointment I was told they were unable to perform a simple teeth cleaning, and instead I needed to come in for a consultation and x-rays, despite not wanting either of these things. I would avoid this establishment. Find somewhere where they care about the patients time and less time forcing services the patient doesn't want down their throat for extra money.
