1st Advantage Dental Saratoga Springs

Have been going to this practice for 10 years. Hygienist is the the best I've ever encountered. Dr. Knolls is very good. He performs routine procedures quickly with a minimum of pain. He capped a tooth and installed a bridge some years ago and I've never had any problem with them.

One of the best dentists I've ever had, I had an emergency appointment , they got me in right away, took care of the problem with no pain and did a fantastic job . The front office did a great job of dealing with the insurance company on my behalf, and gave me the best rates possible. Thanks Dr. Knolls for a very pleasant experience and I look forward to my next appointment.

Worst service i have EVER received from a dentist office as far as doing anything or availability. I was called in for an earlier appt. which I THOUGHT was great! Drove 1 hour each way, to have NOTHING done about the reason for my visit!, was told hygienist..wasnt available? Then why call me for an earlier appt? was scheduled with a new appt for 7 WEEKS OUT! NEVER have i gone to a dentist and not have the issue fixed right then and there. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
