Saratoga Medical Associates

I have just had my first appointment with Dr. Allison (GYN). She is lovely! She works so hard at helping you to feel as relaxed as you possibly can be, and makes you feel like she has all the time in the world for you. The rest of the staff there are also friendly and helpful. The location is also very close to where I live, so I am very happy all round.

Made an appointment for their flu clinic on Mondays, but had me wait out in the waiting room for for over 30 minutes past my appointment time. There are barely any patients. Avoid, if you can.

I moved to Saratoga and needed a new doctor. Saratoga Medical Assoc. is a perfect choice. They have a lab right in their office which is super convenient. I love PA Lauren. She is caring, smart, efficient, and working hard to help me figure out what's going on with my heath issues. From little things to big things, they will help you get on the road to recovery in a friendly, helpful manner. I highly recommend Saratoga Medical Assoc.

Would give this place negative stars if I could. So rude on the phone acting like they're the only place in town. Hilarious - get over yourselves. Small time. The receptionist there has the manners of a troll. Many places far better don't waste your time. If you want to be treated like a second class citizen definitely go there !!

I like my doctor very much, and have had no problems with the office staff, but the PHONE is annoying. It can take a long time for them to pick up, and sometimes messages don't get through, so you end up calling again. It seems like this gets worse later in the day - like most medical offices, they work best first thing in the morning.
