Extremely unprofessional. Their waiting room was dirty and the staff was very rude. They indicated they wanted to have our records sent to them prior to scheduling an appointment, so we had our records sent to them and they never indicated they even received them. We called them after waiting a number of weeks and they indicated they couldn't take our appointment for over 3 months. Basically wasted time dealing with them but perhaps its for the best anyway.
