Sarah was unbelievably accommodating and easy to work with during this super stressful time in our life. We had a complicated ask with a lot of specifics we needed in our real estate search, as well as selling our other home at the same time. Sarah provided incredible support both buying and selling, was available any time of the day and night to talk too, went above and beyond her job to try to help any way she could and always checked in to see how we were doing throughout the process. She offered to come help clean our home and she staged it for us on her own, and with her help we not only sold our home for way above asking price with only 2 days on the market, but also helped us secure a new home despite us also being in a multiple offer situation. This was our second time using Sarah for our real estate needs and have successfully purchased two homes and sold one with her help, and we can’t imagine the process without her.

My partner and I purchased our first home in October 2021. As it was our first time buying a house, we were unsure of what steps to take and how the process worked.
