SAQ

Pretty standard liquor store. Not much in regard to cases of beer, as those are found at gas stations.

Staff was polite and helpful, products neatly presented. Cashiers were chatting and didn't care about customers, almost rude.

the SAQ new digs in the market. they used to be a little further in in a much smaller local. good thing they moved to the new recycling/underground parking building. not only is it bigger but it is better lit and most of all, spacious enough that you can walk around without having to wait for people to pass through before moving on. as for selection, there's a lot more on hand which makes it very convenient as you don't have to hop from SAQ to grab what you need. it's very similar to the beaubien location in that way. service wise, competent staff knowing their stuff. as for price, its the same for every SAQs so no change here. in summary, its good that there's a SAQ in the market as you can have an impromptu picnic, being able to grab everything you need and off to the park to enjoy the fruit of your labor
