SAQ Express

I want to highlight the exceptional advice and recommendations I receive from Justin at the Galerie Normandie SAQ location. He understands what the customer is looking for and his vast knowledge of wines always guarantees an excellent choice. Every wine he recommends is always appreciated and enjoyed by everyone and when he’s not working feel confident to chose any wine with his preferred tag of choice! Never disappoints. I could go to the SAQ selection stores but Justin’s knowledge on his product has surpassed our expectations and because of his excellent service and attention to detail we keep going back! Merci Justin! Un sommelier extraordinaire!

I wish I would've asked the young man's name that was working the counter today. He was super helpful and really went out of his way to help us find what we were looking for. Great service

The lady on the cash was FaceTiming on loudspeaker and was very rudenunpleasant experience.nIt was Sunday August 3rd at 13:30 pm.

They have a normal selection. Nothing extraordinary. Small space. Staff was really not pleasant unfortunately. I can understand that with the holidays during a pandemic, it may get annoying to them but they barely have requirements in customer service, why not just make it a pleasant experience at the cash? Unlike grocery stores, customers here spend 5 seconds at their cashes. I never understand this. Not only was i made to feel an undesirable customer for no good reason, but I was also replied to rudely. I will try to avoid going to this particular branch in the future

Found what I was looking for. Easy to park and convenient location.
