Great to visit someone at the hospital and to go to Coastal Church New Westminster.
Solid station; long-ish walk across the bridge. Would be a lot cooler if the giant bicycle still worked. Kudos to Translink for adding a fare gate on the river side of the tracks, allowing easy access from the industrial park or rec trail down there.
Very busy and people when train stopps u are or would think people should move so that people can get on trains so rude.

This is a problem station if you have vertigo, heights issues and anxiety. I was going from North Burnaby to Royal Columbian. I only had bus turned on in modes of transport. It ignored that and wouldn't offer from Columbia or New Westminster station. On my way home it offered those locations. So I got home fine. But having to take the walkway left me panicked, I had a walker and was still afraid I would fall.nnToo bad windows don't have lower half covered. There is a hospital really close and I'm sure others get vertigo or heights issues too.
