Wow! This place is wonderful. The ambience and vibe in this restaurant is great. We had Maria serving us and she was fantastic. She really took good care of us. The food was incredible. I had the cheeseburger but it shouldn’t be called that because it is gourmet and delicious. My wife had the short ribs and gnocchi and it was one of the best plates we’ve had. My wife had a drink called, Northern Lights and she said that it was so good. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will be back.
Had an absolutely fantastic lunch today at Santa Cielo….this is my fifth time here and this place never disappoints. Vincent at the bar made some fabulous cocktails for us to celebrate a friends birthday. The service could not be beat. The gnocchi and short ribs were mouth watering and the pork belly baos were also delicious. The location is great with beautiful views and a clean, modern yet comfortable spot. Cheers to the next visit! Thanks Vincent!
For brunch it was fantastic. Everyone's selections were prepared perfectly. The cuisine was an interesting mix and not just standard fare. Plus the restaurant is stylish and has great views of the city! Our server had some lapses but management made sure we left happy!
I highly recommend making a reservation on line, or over the phone, if you don't want to wait forever for a table to open up. I also recommend a table on the North side of the restaurant's dining room overlooking the river. The atmosphere is great and the food is amazing, unfortunately I can't say the same about the service provided by their wait staff. We constantly had to ask for more coffee and water. The service definitely needs some improvement. I observed one of their wait staff serving a table with six people and only bringing food out for two people. If you're serving a table of six, you don't bring the food out just for two and 5-10 minutes later for the rest of the table, you bring it all at once. The food was delicious and the portions were very substantial. I was there for brunch, but there's no buffet and is not all you can eat. You order of the limited menu and everything is à la carte. We had the Cast Iron Chilaquiles and the Pork Belly Hash and they were both delicious. I definitely need to come back for dinner and try some of the other items.
I have to say my experience at this restaurant was AMAZING..first of the atmosphere was very warm clean and welcoming even the rest room was very clean. Secondly my server Maria was FANTASTIC, very attentive, friendly and not overbearing very professional and knowledgeable of the menu and the ingredients of the dishes she made my husband and I feel very welcome. Next the food. THE FOOD WAS GOOOOD I MEAN DELECTABLLY DELICIOUS from the wine to the dessert, you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend Santo Cielo for a romantic dinner or if you have a small or large gathering..I will go back..oh yea the view are amazing also..

I think that the chef has knowledge how to use the inspiration of Korean flavor. Caesar salad with hint of dry lemon is amazing. I will definitely want to visit here again. I truly enjoyed dishes.
We had reservations on Saturday night. The first thing I noticed was the dirty windows, which kind of spoil the view, and let's face it, downtown Naperville isn't that picturesque in the first place. The overall atmosphere is just okay if I'm comparing it to other restaurants I rate a 5. Our server was nice and attentive throughout dinner. For starters we had the zucchini and squash appetizer plus the espresso martini. The drink was good, but the appetizer bland. Next we had the fennel pizza, this was the biggest disappointment of the meal. We've probably had too much great pizza in other big cities like NYC, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Next we tried the Pappardelle Bolognese, which was good, but nothing special in our opinion. For dessert we had the blueberry cheesecake, again it was good, but nothing really stood out for us overall. I would recommend one of their other restaurants, Bien Trucha over this one.
We had such an amazing dinner. Santo Cielo was a great choice for our 7th wedding anniversary dinner. We had two of their main dishes which both were soo good. Drinks are also amazing. The only down side is that I wanted a window table and they had everything booked. Specially for another couple that had a wedding anniversary dinner. I would have loved to be asked if we were celebrating anything and to have been moved to a better sitting area. But oh well. Maybe next time.
Didn't really know what to expect since one of my friends said they heard good things about it and wanted to try. Well they weren't wrong, food was amazing, even more so the drinks. The ambience is refreshing and very relaxing. Price were very reasonable especially since everything we ordered was very delicious. Definitely recommend, can't wait for my next visit!
