I have visited this branch many times and each time I feel like I’m ruining the managers day. I own and operate four businesses and need bank support to continue to operate. When I go in the manager gets upset when I ask for something as simple as change. It’s unpleasant to feel like you’re being yelled at as if you’re a child. It’s as simple as I’ll take what ever they can spare not a demanding I need this much or anything out of the ordinary. Maybe the reason you don’t have very much change is because you alienate all your business customers. This is one of the only reasons branches exist and this manager has a job. Everyone knows they have closed all the other branches on the cape. I’ll be taking my business accounts to another company because the least a bank can do is not make me feel uncomfortable for trying to partner with them to operate my businesses. I immediately went over to Bank of America and they made change with what ever they had and offered many options to fulfill my needs. Now that’s how a business client should be treated. Good luck Santander this manager has no business working in this kind of environment. It’s a professional setting and controlling your emotions is just about the bare minimum necessary for that possition.
Worse bank unprofessional the manager Madison is horrible I don't understand how she's even a manager and her employees are just like her I have never in my life been treated the way I was treated at this branch.
The single most customer unfriendly bank I have ever used. Their policies are from the Stone Age. I will be taking my business elsewhere very soon.
went into the bank with 500.00 u.s dollars looking to exchange for 500.00 us dollars worth of pennies the very rude counter women asked me what i was going to do with the pennies i explained to her that it was none of her business and then she told me that i looked to week to carry over 300 pounds of pennies i found it very insulting seeing how i am a gym rat and work out everyday i could have easily lifted them but this is all besides the point i will take my buisness to another bank
