On arriving March 13/24, the front desk staff was very kind and helpful. She was lovely, she answered my many questions with details. The room was quite hot but it quickly cooled down after adjusting the temperature. The room was neat and clean. The front desk staff was aware that I was interested in the fitness room and pool and so she place my room at the end of the hall so I only had to go up and down the stairs for the quickest route. I did enjoy my stay at your lovely hotel.
Honestly didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, but everyone was super nice. Things were explained well on check-in and it was easy to find the room.nRoom was clean; loved the waterfall shower. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable and we slept very well. There was both a soft and firm pillow option on the beds as well.nBooked about a week in advance directly and got a good rate. Starbucks was right across the street and Tim's isn't too far away, which is a plus for me.
We wanted to treat our daughter to a hotel slumber party for her Birthday. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff are very courteous. Special thank you to Tony who went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect room and even participate in the little scavenger hunt. We are so thankful that he helped us make this day special. Everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend staying here. The suites are perfect and the kitchenettes are well equipped with all you need.
Really easy check in, friendly staff. Very clean room with a nice luxurious feel to it. Lots of space to hang up jackets and put away clothing. Really nice washroom. Parking lot has lots of space and parking is free. Comfortable beds. Would recommend if I’m the area. Super close to restaurants and malls.
all staff were friendly. helpful and polite. Great concierge at check in, upgraded room for free, lovely steak house for dinner and is open for breakfast. Family fun pool with water slide and whirlpool. Great gym. Overall just a great value and great place to stay. I really love sandman just the way it is. I can't see how you could improve. Just excellent customer service .
